Diagnosis
If the issue is unclear, the device will be inspected to identify the problem and a detailed labour cost estimate will be provided.
In case any repair service is confirmed by the client after diagnosis, the cost of it will be reduced to 50% of the price.

Software installation
Installation of MS Office/ Web browsers/ Design software/ Gaming clients or games/ Antivirus/ Others. License costs are not included. Prize is for a single software installation and any additional installation will cost 50% of the price.

Hardware Replacement
Replacement in case of failure or upgrade. RAM memory/ CPU/ Motherboard/ Fan/ Graphic Card/ Others. Replacement part cost is not included.

Operating System installation
Installation of any requested Windows OS or MacOS. License costs are not included.

Desktop Building from scratch
You bought your own parts and want some help to put build it up. If it is a partial building (some parts are already set up), price could be negotiated.

Back-up and Restore
Back-up and restore of your existing data before installing an Operating System. The price may vary depending on the total size of your data.

Data Recovery
Restoring deleted data from device.
We provide a Logical Data Recover (Software-based) only, which doesn't guarantee the data could be restored. We don't perform Physical Data Recovery (Hardware-based).
In case the requested recover of your data does not happen, you will only be charged half of the estimated price.

CopenFix comes directly to the requested address to carry out on-site work. This service is available in Copenhagen and surrounding areas. The price is hourly and may vary depending on the location.

CopenFix will visit your home, take your device to the lab, fix it, and return it safely to your home.
